Once approved, a Project Coordinator is assigned and tasks rolled out. Beginning with collation of material through desk research, stakeholder interviews, briefing meetings and analysis of field reports and data this is followed by finalising the structure of the document with discussion around format, writing style and overall look and feel.
Once the client and the writing team are in sync, work on the first draft begins. If it requires visits to the project site, these are undertaken.
